Azure Developer Associate certification - Unable to proceed to proceed to exam to renew the certificate

Hi,

My email account ******@gmail.com was hacked for past couple of months and it was activated 2 weeks back only and today only I come to know that I"Azure Developer Associate certification" is expiring today and need to renew it by today.

But "Take the rewnal assessment" has been greyed out. Can you please help on this?

    The expiry is at midnight UTC so at the beginning of the expiry date. Your certification has therefore expired

    The renewal period is open for 180 days to allow for issues and cannot be reopened or extended

    We recommend taking the renewal assessment well before expiration to allow time for any unforeseen events, such as medical emergencies, technical issues, or multiple retakes.
