Hello Team,

I am trying to book exam and it is getting failed due to payment in final page. Upon checking with Pearson Vue, they informed i have 3 profiles (which i am unaware unfortunately) with my ID (******@gmail.com) which Microsoft needs to merge that's why it is getting failed in final page. Can you please help in this regard or suggest way forward.

Regards,

Rahul Bali

To resolve the issue with your exam booking due to multiple profiles, you will need to merge your Learn profiles. Merging will combine all your learning progress, credentials, and transcripts from the different profiles into one. Here’s how you can proceed:

    1. Choose a Profile to Sign Into: Select one of your existing profiles to start the merge process.
    2. Add Login Account: In the account management section, choose "add login account". If the account you are adding is associated with another Learn profile, this will trigger the merge.
    3. Complete the Merge: Follow the prompts to complete the merge. Note that if you exceed the limit of five work or school login accounts, the process will be canceled, and you will need to resolve that before trying again.

After merging, all your data will be consolidated into a single profile, which should help in resolving the payment issue you are facing with Pearson Vue.

If you need further assistance, you may want to contact Microsoft support for help with the merging process.
