Hi,
Your booking page isn’t syncing with Outlook because Bookings can’t “see” your busy times. To fix it, you just need to:
Share your Outlook calendar so others can “view when I'm busy.”
Turn on “Events on Office calendar affect availability” in the Bookings staff settings.
Make sure your Outlook events are set to Busy, not Free or Tentative.
Ensure all time zones match between Outlook, your PC, and Bookings.
Once these are aligned, the booking page will correctly block off your unavailable times.
