We've setup a app connection via Enterprise Application and are consistently seeing this error. We can't find the coorilation ID in the log files. Trying to isolate the issue: App launch failed App with ID 38a80257-bf14-4055-9201-27bde0537182 failed to launch. For more help, contact your admin. This error usually occurs before token issuance, so the Correlation ID won’t appear in sign‑in logs; instead, check Enterprise Applications → App → Sign‑in logs and Audit logs around the timestamp, and verify the app’s SSO configuration, user assignment, and required claims. If nothing is logged, it typically points to a misconfigured SAML/OIDC setup (identifier, reply URL, or certificate) or a backend app failure—re‑validate the app settings and test with Sign‑in diagnostics for the enterprise app.
