Why does the system want to send a sign-in code to a primary e mail alias address that no longer exists?

    Hi,

For security purposes, Outlook may sometimes send a verification code to your registered verification method to confirm that it is really you accessing the account.

Do you have another verification method linked to your account, such as a phone number?
