If you have changed your SSD and installed Windows 11 but are unable to activate it, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Your License: Ensure that your Windows 11 license is a retail version that can be transferred. OEM licenses are tied to the original hardware and cannot be transferred.
    2. Use Activation Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation, and use the Activation Troubleshooter. This can help if your hardware has changed.
    3. Sign in with Microsoft Account: Make sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that was used to purchase or activate Windows previously. This can help in associating your license with the new hardware.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If the above steps do not work, you may need to contact Microsoft Support for assistance in reassigning your license to the new hardware.
    5. Phone Activation: Some users have successfully activated their Windows by calling Microsoft support for phone activation, which might be an option for you as well.

Keep in mind that if your license was originally upgraded from a previous version, there may be restrictions on transferring it to new hardware.
