need help running message trace

All my messages are coming back today as undeliverable and are recognised as Spam. They were working fine yesterday. I am not a computer guru is there support that can help me resolve this. Thanks

    Hi gareth + amanda smart,

    Good day. I'm Jhun an independent advisor. I'm assuming that this is a personal Outlook or Hotmail account. If yes this is usually caused by sudden increase in emails sent, similar content sent to multiple people, one recipient reported a message as spam, and account compromise. To solve this only contact Microsoft Account.

    1. Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
    2. Choose: Outlook.com Email Sending or receiving issues
    3. Select Chat with support and tell them your email issue in details.
    4. Resolution is usually 24 to 48 hours.
