    Dear @Varun Reddy,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Thank you for your question. I understand you’d like to switch your Microsoft 365 subscription from yearly billing to monthly billing, and that the next invoice has not been generated yet. This is a very reasonable request, and I’ll do my best to guide you through the correct steps.

Based on how Microsoft 365 for business subscriptions work, the billing frequency (annual vs. monthly) is part of the contract commitment of the subscription. Because of that, the admin center does not provide an option to change the billing cycle directly, even if the renewal invoice has not been created yet.

Please note that as a community moderator, I don’t have access to your billing account or permissions to make any changes to your subscription. My role here is to guide you based on the information you share and point you to the correct support path if an action requires access that only Microsoft Support or your provider can perform.

Whether you can make this change depends on how your subscription was purchased:

If the subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft, and you would like to proceed with monthly billing, the correct next step is to contact Microsoft Support from your admin center so they can review the renewal status and check whether a billing‑frequency change is possible for your tenant.

You can raise support ticket from Microsoft 365 Admin Center>Support>Help & Support.

If your subscription was purchased through a CSP/reseller, only your provider can make changes to the contract, including billing frequency.

I hope this information helps point you in the right direction. If you run into any issues while trying the steps, or if something still doesn’t feel quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out again. I’ll do my best to support you however I can.

Looking forward to hearing back from you with any updates or additional details.

    Warm regards,
