Account and Authenticator Access & MFA Issues

Hello,

I am the only admin at my company and can't access my microsoft 365 account anymore. I have a new phone and while i did my transfer, the authenticator doesn't seem to be working. I have reset my password for security reasons and am now lock-out because I can't get verification codes with authenticator app. I have tried calling several numbers without success and would need the help of a microsoft agent to reset my MFA access. This is urgent as I do not have access to my account right now and am the only admin.
