I use a microsoft Surface as my work computer and I work on the road a lot. I use my iPhone 12 pro to hotspot Wi-Fi all the time. I recently upgraded to the IOS 15 operating system on my iPhone and can no longer connect the htospot as Wi-Fi on my computer. Any clue on how to fix the issue?

I have the same issue with an iPhone 11. I've spent at least 6 hours trying nearly every solution proposed on the web with no luck. My Surface Windows 10 is completely up to date. I spent 30 minutes with Apple support and in the end they told me to contact Microsoft. I just connected my Surface Windows 10 to my son's Android Pixel hotspot (works fine), so this is definitely a problem unique to the iPhone and IOS 15. I now wish I could go back to IOS 14.8.

I have a few users with a surface pro that had the same issue when updating to the iOS 15.1 including mine.
This is what fixed our issues.

I downloaded the latest "Marvell Semiconductors, Inc - Net - 15.68.17021.121. Just sort it by last updated and this will be the latest driver.
Please note, clicking the download link will open a window with a link to the cab file but it didn't start the download for me so I had to right click on the link and "copy link address" and pasted it on a new tab to download the file.
Once downloaded, extract the files and update the driver from computer management and point it to the folder where the extracted files are.

It’s the internal wifi adapter of the Surface Pro that’s incompatible with the current iOS15 build so use a USB wifi adapter in the Surface as a workaround.
