Constant access requests

I am constantly sent Authenticator requests from my Microsoft app even though I am not initiating them. They are coming at all hours of the day.

Same issue here. Problem started today. Some login requests say they come from the Netherlands, some from Germany, some now from the United States. My password for sure is not compromised, also changed it today with only noting it down in my brain. I see many reddit posts also describing this issue started since some days. A mass try to steal identities? I mean easily people accidentally click onto a number. 1 out of 3, with a good chance for the attackers. Also here in Q&A I saw 2-3 more of such reports today from user. Can anybody comment / explain?
