PAYMENT ISSUE

I have paid and I can see my payment in my account but keep getting messages to UPDATE PAYMENT!!!

We had a chat on saturday but it solved nothing. You can check my account, my following payment is due FEB

    This usually happens when Microsoft 365 is still seeing cached or mismatched billing info. Here are a few things I’d suggest checking:

    Confirm the subscription status:

    Check which account you’re signed into in Word/Excel:

    • Open Word or Excel > go to File > Account and confirm the email shown there is the same Microsoft account that owns the subscription. This issue often happens if you’re signed into a different account.

    Sign out and back in:

    • In Word or Excel, sign out completely, close the app, reopen it, then sign back in. This forces the app to refresh the license.

    Allow some sync time:

    • If the payment was updated very recently, it can take a few hours (sometimes up to 24 hours) for the reminder to clear across all devices.
