When did the issue start, and did you install any updates before it occurred? Are you using an Outlook POP account?

Microsoft outlook has quit working, I have had so many times where i have had issues with it. How do I get this to stop. I am trying to run a business. I don't know if emails send. Emails download the over and over, now I cant even get it to open. What is going on? Frustrated. Oh and I just spent money to upgrade to Pro.
