My "Microsoft Hyper-V Virtual Machine Bus" device seems to have been installed twice.
Even though one of these "devices" (though both virtualized) is perfectly functional, apparently all the services are pointed at the device that doesn't work. I've tried tracking down and installing the same driver that the functional device uses, and it doesn't like that one for some reason. Uninstalling it doesn't work, reinstalling the module entirely didn't work. Rebuilding the server from scratch, also, did not work.
I'm exploring very complicated solutions in PowerShell at this point but if anyone has any ideas, I'm open to them. And likewise, if I come up with anything, I'll post it here.

Are you talking about updating the Windows Server?
Windows update is not able to find a driver and driver search yields no results.
I have not tried any changes on the Azure side.
