    Hi,

    Did AI take over? :)

Jokes apart, Copilot should not block you unless you are blocked from generating Images. May I see the screenshot of the error?

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

You may be blocked from using Copilot for several reasons, including:

    1. Licensing Issues: You might not have a license that supports Microsoft 365 Copilot, or there could be conflicts with your account.
    2. Organizational Policies: Your organization's policies may block Copilot.
    3. Privacy Settings: Copilot might be restricted due to your privacy settings.
    4. Shared Computer Activation: If your environment uses Shared Computer Activation (SCA), Copilot is not supported.
    5. Multiple Account Access: If your organization has disabled multiple account access to Copilot, you may be blocked from using it with accounts outside your organization.

To resolve the issue, you can check with your Microsoft 365 admin to ensure that your license is appropriate and that there are no policies preventing access to Copilot.
