Scroll on Outlook

My scroll feature stopped working in Outlook unless I choose Subject in the arrangement window.

I have date chosen. the scroll only works in the trash, but not in the inbox, sent or any other folders.

It used to work in all of them.

    Hello,

    Since the scroll works when you change the arrangement to Subject, the Date view settings for your Inbox likely got corrupted. Go to the View tab in the top ribbon and click the Reset View button. If prompted, confirm that you want to reset the settings to default.

    This should fix the scrolling glitch, but let me know if it doesn't!
