App Crashing aftre upgrading Xamarin.iOS

Hi,
Today I have upgraded my VS which updated Xamarin.iOS on my Mac and now my app is crashing.
My XCode version is 13.0
Here is the error:

2021-10-01T12:05:49.307+00:00 where can I check the version of Xamarin.IOS? and how to upgrade if not ver 15?
I tried Xamarin.IOS under Reference but the version shows as 0
