The error AADSTS50105 means that access to the Zoom application has been restricted by your organization’s administrator, and only users or groups that are explicitly assigned to the application are allowed to sign in. Since your account is not currently assigned, the system blocks access.
Please ask your IT administrator to review and assign your account (or a group you belong to) to the Zoom enterprise application. They can follow the steps outlined in the official Microsoft documentation below:
