Subscription Problem

I signed up for Azure using Azure for Students with a personal Microsoft account.

My subscription is not visible in the tenant I can access (f8........................................).

Azure reports AADSTS16000, stating my account does not exist in the tenant “Microsoft Services”, where the subscription appears to be located.

I am requesting Microsoft to either:

  • Reassociate my subscription with a tenant I control, or
  • Grant proper Entra ID access so I can manage the subscription.
