My outlook email has suddenly stopped receiving emails even though I'm still able to send them. What do I do?

    Hello,

    This can be related to the current service issue affecting commercial Microsoft 365 products. Microsoft communicated it here:  https://status.cloud.microsoft/ 

    If you are the admin user, you can also monitor it in Admin Center under MO1221364.
