What's the specific meaning of "Intergration"(Microsoft Insight or other programs/add-ins)? And what's the mailbox server that you are working with?(Microsoft 365, Exchange on premises or others)?

2021-10-15T21:08:01.43+00:00 How does this integrate into Microsoft Outlook 2016?- Mailbox server is Exchange 2019. We'd like to know how it integrates with Outlook, as in how does it link the information from the CRM into our Outlook so we can view contacts and message history?
Can it be configured on premises without the use of the Cloud?
Can other users search for other employee's interactions/timelines?
