Re-associate my original Microsoft Transcript and Certification ID with my profile

Salutations,

I'm reaching out to the powers that be, in order to request re-association of my original Microsoft Transcript and Certification ID with this particular profile that I was automatically transitioned to. The Certification ID for my original Microsoft transcript is 7894774. It should be associated with the following certifications listed below:

• MCSA Windows Server 2008 (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) achieved 4/16/2012
• MCITP Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008 achieved 1/13/2011
• MCTS Windows Server 2008Active Directory Configuration completed 1/13/2011
• MCTS Windows Server 2008 Network infrastructure completed 11/9/2010
• MCP completed 11/9/2010

I'd like to complete an a couple of Azure certifications in addition to an Office 365 certification but I didn't necessarily want to proceed without first addressing the issue with my other certifications. I also need these credentials to enumerate for a couple of validations due to my current job search. It would be awesome to have the older certifications showing along with the new certifications I will be obtaining. Please help as soon as you have the chance. I would greatly appreciate it and would be forever in debt to you.
