MFA lockout loop

I am the sole administrator of my Microsoft account and I am currently unable to access MFA setup or any portal from the admin user due to aphone change becouse the other is broke

I urgently need assistance to reset the MFA so I can regain access to my account and manage other accounts linked to it. Could you please advise on the fastest way to resolve this issue?

    Hello Augusto Francetich,

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

    To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
