Powerpoint continually crashing on iPad Air 4th gen

Question

Can anyone please help me with this? I have been using my iPad Air 4th Gen to download and annotate slides from lecturers during my uni course. In the last few months, the app has started crashing after about an hour of use. I am unable to send the slides as an attachment, either by email or Airdrop, which I also used to be able to do. I spent hours in the phone to Apple, over several weeks, making sure everything is in order on the iPad. Yesterday, Apple replaced my iPad with a brand new one but I’m still having the same problems, so it seems the fault must be with the PowerPoint app itself? Surely I’m not the only one to experience this? I’d be very grateful for any help as I’ll otherwise have to go back to printing endless pages of slides!
