Bonjour,

Merci!

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with email delivery from the @dbmail domain to Gmail. Here are a few steps you can consider:

    1. Check DNS Settings: Ensure that the DNS settings for the @dbmail domain are correctly configured to point to the appropriate mail servers. This includes checking MX records.
    2. SPF Records: Make sure that the SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records for the domain are set up correctly. This helps Gmail verify that emails sent from your domain are legitimate.
    3. Wait for Propagation: If you recently changed the primary email domain to @outlook, it may take some time (up to 72 hours) for the changes to propagate fully. During this time, emails may still be routed incorrectly.
    4. Test Email Configuration: Use tools to test the email configuration and ensure that the new settings are functioning as expected.
    5. Contact Support: If the problem persists, consider reaching out to the email service provider's support for assistance.
    6. Backup Emails: Since you mentioned not wanting to lose old emails, ensure that you have a backup of all important emails before making any significant changes.

These steps should help you troubleshoot the issue with email delivery to Gmail.
