Hello, please press Shift+F10, then click on the window with your mouse to focus it. Enter: start ms-cxh:localonly

This will allow you to skip the network connection and create a local account.

    Hello SteveD,

You might not need task manager. If you want to bypass the the internet connection setup, you can type OOBE\BYPASSNRO and restart. I've tried that before in a vm and it worked.

To skip the sign-in to the internet during the installation of Windows 11, you can try the following steps:

    1. Use Shift + F10: When you reach the screen that prompts you to sign in to the internet, press Shift + F10 to open the command prompt.
    2. Access Task Manager: If you are unable to type taskmgr in the command prompt, you might need to ensure that the command prompt is focused. You can try using the command explorer to open the Windows Explorer, which may allow you to navigate and access Task Manager from there.
    3. Skip Internet Connection: If you can access Task Manager, you can also try to close the setup process and restart it. Sometimes, there might be an option to skip the internet connection directly on the setup screen.

If these methods do not work, you might need to ensure that your installation media is properly created or consider using a different installation method that allows for offline setup.
