My code is not working

I bought the Microsoft Office 2019 professional Plus last week, and I have to wait for the confirmation code to send so I can start my application. However, I forgot to enter the code after it send. When I realized it was too late, it been 6 days since the email was sent. The app said my code is not valid, so I sent an email to the email had sent me the code if I can have a new one, but they haven't responded yet. I don't know what to do right now can you help me.

    Hello,

    If your license is for professional "Plus", that's a volume license.

    Are you an organization user, or individual user who purchased this from a third party?
