I bought the upgrade to Windows 11 today. I just received the product key, so I went to install it. What I was not aware of was that the processor in my PC is apparently not compatible with Windows 11, so I am not able to install it. Can I get a refund?

    Hi,

Did you purchase it from Microsoft or a third party seller?

If you purchased the upgrade to Windows 11 and found that your processor is not compatible, you may be eligible for a refund. To process a refund, you will need to contact Microsoft support directly. Unfortunately, the context does not provide specific steps on how to initiate the refund process, but typically, you can reach out to Microsoft through their support website or customer service channels for assistance with refunds on software purchases.
