Loading profiler failed during CoCreateInstance. Profiler CLSID: '{Profiler.GUID}'. HRESULT: 0x80070005

Question

We're getting a:

message in the Event Viewer on our webserver, along with an accompanying:

.NET Runtime version 4.0.30319.0 - Loading profiler failed during CoCreateInstance. Profiler CLSID: '{Profiler.GUID}'. HRESULT: 0x80070005. Process ID (decimal): 9596. Message ID: [0x2504].

The thing is, we are trying to use a profiler with asp.net application. While starting application identified this message in eventviewer. My profiler dlls located in C:\Program Files\BTM
and given Authenticated user permission to BTM folder with read write and execute access.

Still we are getting access denied message. Can you please help me on this ?

How to solve this issue to load our profiler?
