Windows Share Folder permision problem

เราสามารถแชร์ Folder โดยให้คนอื่นมีสิทธิ์เข้ามา create file อย่างเดียวได้หรือไม่ครับ
เพื่อนักเรียนเข้ามาส่งการบ้าน ในระบบ Network

Can we share a folder by giving other people permission to create files only?
for students to send homework in the network system
