Outlook unresponsive

Question

Since 23 01 2026, Outlook Microsoft Office is downloading the same emails again and again.

Can anyone please tell me how to get this update onto Windows 10 22H2 :https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5015684-featured-update-to-windows-10-version-22h2-by-using-an-enablement-package-09d43632-f438-47b5-985e-d6fd704eee61

When checking update, it doesn't not happen. This information from Microsoft is confusing. Have they fixed the issue for Windows 10 or not ?
