I changed from Basic to MS Personal. Payment method went throgh finally. Now I need help accessing Office

I'M SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS HORRIBLE "HELP" SECTION I'M READY TO CANCEL MY ORDER. On Friday I updated from MS Basic to MS Personal. Problems with payment methods resolved over the weekend. Now I need more information so I can use the Office suite of products.

    Please, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services. You should see your subscription there and there should be an option to install Office.
