The service appears to be experiencing partial downtime again. While some subscriptions are functioning normally, others are encountering issues.

Client-Specific Observations:

Client A (Tenant X, Sweden Central): Operations are working as expected.

Client B (Tenant Y, Sweden Central): Service is currently unavailable.

Error Details: InternalServerError: Vnet_Error_001

Impact Statement: Starting at 09:00 UTC on 27 January 2026 , customers using Azure OpenAI Service in Sweden Central may experience intermittent availability issues. Current Status: We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. The next update will be provided as events warrant.

Has anyone checked the Fine-tuning page? I see that the status has been changed to mitigated for this issue but it's failing to load my past finetuning jobs. I'm also unable to deploy any finetuned models in the foundry for that reason

It might be worth removing the Microsoft Foundry status page at https://status.ai.azure.com/ because it looks like this isn't kept up to date, which caused some confusion today.

It would also be helpful if the UI indicated affected services e.g. put a red cross on affected Foundries; the cause of the issue wasn't immediately obvious from the symptoms (in my case 404s on a previously stable deployment in the foundry).

When will this finally be fixed?! Again none of our models work with responses api most of the time and if they work they take way too long to generate a response, but the status pages do not show any indication of failure.

Hello, are there any updates on when the issue will be completely fixed? After two days, it mostly works, but sometimes errors out, which is unacceptable.
Today it errored out around 12:20 PM and 1:20 PM Central European timezone.

Currently, there are no known active issues reported for Microsoft Foundry, including the Sweden Central region. If you are experiencing problems, it may be beneficial to check the Azure status page for any service-level outages or to set up outage notifications through the Azure Service Health Portal.
