Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Are you using this for personal use? Outlook 2024 Professional Plus is typically licensed for organizations, and using it outside of that environment can sometimes cause stability issues like frequent crashing or becoming unresponsive.

If this was purchased for personal use, I recommend contacting the seller or store where you bought the license and requesting a refund, then switching to a version intended for personal use (such as Microsoft 365 Personal or Family). That usually provides better stability and proper support.

Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

If Outlook 2024 is crashing or becoming unresponsive, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Investigate Add-ins: Sometimes, add-ins can cause Outlook to crash. Start Outlook in safe mode by typing Outlook /safe in the Run dialog. If it works fine in safe mode, disable all add-ins and then re-enable them one at a time to identify the problematic one.
    2. Repair Office: You can repair your Office installation. Go to Control Panel, select "Uninstall a program," find your Office installation, right-click it, and choose "Change" then select "Online Repair."
    3. Run Outlook Diagnostics: Use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to diagnose and fix issues with Outlook. You can find it on the Microsoft website.
    4. Check for Updates: Ensure that your version of Outlook and Windows are up to date. Sometimes, updates can resolve known issues.
    5. Create a New User Profile: If the problem persists, try creating a new Outlook profile. Go to Control Panel, select "Mail," and then "Show Profiles" to add a new profile.
    6. Selective Startup: If you suspect other applications might be conflicting with Outlook, perform a selective startup to identify any conflicts.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the crashing issue with Outlook 2024.
