Creating environments for Azure Static Web App

I've created a static web app in Azure, and I want to set up one or more staging environments. However, the "Environments" tab in the "Settings" menu in the Azure portal is disabled (not clickable).

How can I add staging environments to my static web app?

My hosting plan is "Standard", which should include up to 10 staging environments (even in the Free plan the documentation states that there are 3 staging environments available).

I am deploying my static web app through a pipeline in Azure DevOps. Not sure if this affects the potential solution.

Any feedback is appreciated, thanks.
