I just changed 365 accounts I was on a business account and I no longer work with that company. I opened a new family account and I am having nothing but issues with Excel. It does not matter if I open an old spreadsheet or a new one and start fresh I am having border issues. When using borders, they will shown where I put them and then when I click into another cell the boards or random cells disappear and then I click somewhere else and they come back. I have never had this happen before, and it is happening for random reasons. Help please this is so frustrating, I need the borders!

    Hello,

That sounds like a rendering issue, but the account change makes me wonder if there is an add-in or setting carryover causing trouble.

Check if this is caused by external interference. Please try opening Excel in Safe Mode. Close Excel completely, then hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and double-click the Excel icon to open it. Keep holding Ctrl until a window pops up asking if you want to start in Safe Mode and click Yes.

Once in Safe Mode, create a few borders and see if the disappearing glitch still happens. Let me know the result.
