Quick question, If you go to account.live.com, then Subscriptions, just check if your subscription is still active and not expired.
If it is active, where does it show not activated. In the apps.
Then go to File, then Account, then Update license. Try to sign out then sign in again with the same Microsoft account and see if it fix the problem.
