Hello, good day and thanks for your question. To add to the above, if you purchased it directly from Microsoft open a browser and login to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you will be able to cancel and request a refund from there. If you will not be able to do it from there, you can reach out to the support team as indicated above or you can also request a call back by going to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2168171 in case you are having trouble cancelling and getting a refund. Kindly take note that the forum does not have access to user accounts to be able to check this billing side of things.

To return Microsoft Office Home and request a refund, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, as they handle refund requests. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support page: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft Account that you used to purchase Office.
    3. Select the product you need help with (in this case, Microsoft Office).
    4. Click on "Get Home support" and describe your issue.
    5. Look for the "Contact Support" option to connect with a support agent.
    6. You may also choose to chat with an agent or request a call back for assistance with your refund request.

Make sure to have your purchase details handy to expedite the process.
