For the amount paid for subscription your support is unsatisfactory. Speaking to AI is dehumanising and unhelpful. I pay for a service and it is expected that I received high quality service from the product. I have been on the phone two times today and the issue I am experiencing where Similarity check function isn't working, has not been resolved. Why is the service so poor?
