I have obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate (Microsoft 365 Apps) on 20 Jan. But up until now the badge is not reflected on my Microsoft Learn page. Anyone can help me?

Exams and Certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile. Until further notice, you will need to manage and share any Certiport credentials separately through your Certiport user account.

If your badge for the Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate (Microsoft 365 Apps) is not showing on your Microsoft Learn page, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Confirm Your Login Account: Ensure that you are signed in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile. If you have multiple accounts, you may be logged into the wrong one.
    2. Check Credential Requirements: Verify that you have met all the requirements for the badge by reviewing the certification or exam details pages.
    3. Contact Support: If the badge still does not appear, you may need to reach out to Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance. They can help you review your account and resolve any issues related to missing badges.

You can find more information on how to contact support in the resources provided by Microsoft.
