I am reporting a technical failure during my scheduled exam, AI-102: Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution, on January 28, 2026.
Issue:
The OnVUE application (version 26.1.252) failed to open during my check-in window. Despite multiple attempts and a system restart, the software remained unresponsive, and I received a notification that my check-in window is now closed.
I have the Order Number and Registration ID available to share with a Microsoft Moderator via private message only.
Please advise on how I can reschedule this exam at no cost due to this technical software error.
