    Greetings!

This is Tin, I'll do my best to help. Please check the status of your subscription from this link

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

If it shows active and you have a valid and working payment instrument on it, that should be good. Please make sure that the email that you have received is from Microsoft. Please avoid clicking any link on it for your safety, you may directly go to the website and check it from there.

If you have repaid your subscription but are still receiving emails about updating your payment method, it’s important to ensure that your subscription is indeed active and that you are signed in with the correct account. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Subscription Status: Go to your Microsoft account at https://account.live.com and check if your subscription is active.
    2. Sign In Correctly: Make sure you are signed into the correct Microsoft account that has the active subscription.
    3. Update License in Apps: Open your Microsoft applications (like Word or Excel), go to Files > Accounts, and click on Update License. Log in again to see if this resolves the issue.

If you continue to receive notifications despite confirming your subscription status, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
