Creating DataSet (crashes)

I am developing in Visual Basic Community Edition 2019 on an x64 machine. When I create a new DataSet I get the attached error message. Using .NET 5 framework. What have I done wrong!

I'm just creating a local, in memory, DataSet.

I think it's a bug. I created a new, blank, project with a single form. Then added a DataSet and I get the crash message above

@Marc Hillman , what is your current project, winform or asp.net project? How do you add the dataset, just drag it from the Toolbox or write some code for it? Please provide more detailed steps so that I can reproduce your problem.

Just drag it from the Toolbox to a blank form.

Have raised a bug report with the Community. Very easy to reproduce, at least in my environment.
