    Hi,

May I ask if you have checked the details on your Order History on your account? You cannot be billed for the same subscription plan. The other subscription might be from another Microsoft account.

If you cannot see the other subscription in your order history, but reflected on your bank. The subscription belongs to another Microsoft Account. Please check your other account or your family accounts and see their order history.

If you are still unable to determine the account from which the subscription is, please use the billing investigation tool to determine which MS account it belongs to. Please refer to the article below.

If you need additional assistance, please let me know.

You may have been billed twice on 12/22/2025 for your account renewal due to changes in the billing periods for Microsoft 365 for business products. When a subscription renews, it can result in receiving two invoices in the same month: one for the final invoice of the previous term and another for the upcoming term. The final invoice covers the previous month, while the new invoice may cover a single day, indicating the start of the new billing period. This is a common occurrence during renewal periods.

If you believe the charges are incorrect or need further clarification, it is advisable to contact Microsoft Billing Support directly for assistance with your specific account situation.
