I would highly recommend contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance as they can have a further look into this issue. Please feel free to follow these steps to connect with a live chat agent:
- Go to Contact Us
- Sign in and choose Get Home support
- In the text box, please write "Live chat" - scroll down and click Contact Support
- After that, choose your Products and services as Microsoft 365 and Office. The Category as Billing and Account Profile questions. Click Confirm and you will be able to see Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
The Chat support team only works at certain work times, (Monday to Friday: 9AM to 6PM. Saturday and Sunday: 10AM. to 6PM.) so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
