HI Everyone,

I successfully passed the copilot and agent administration fundamentals exam on 27 01 2026. and till now I didn't receive the certification. IS THIS NORMAL?

    Yes, the exam cam of of beta on the 27th so I suspect it will take a few days for everything to settle down
