Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 activation

Question

Internet activation for Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 does not go through. I used the product without any problems for over a year, but my university login interfered with my MS Store access, from where I desired to download some plugins. After the removal of the university login credentials that were active merely to gain MS Teams access, note that I have privately purchased license for MS Office Professional Plus 2016 that came preinstalled with my computer, I receive the pictured error upon activation.

I obviously would like to regain access to my licensed product that I have purchased. I contacted MS technical assistance, but they 'accidentally' limied my product access even more. Then they send me to a ran around to their activation department, which seem to exist only for volume licenses, where I faced a person who was first unwilling to take the activation code number that she verified as correct. Then she chose not to recognise the MSDN license for the product and just did not do their work or did not desire to give me their customer service.

The technical service individual, who caused the problem, has not followed up and I have been prevented access to the product for more than a month. There does not seem to be place for the MSDN license activations anywhere. There is no information available anywhere and the online activation that is the recommended method remains disabled.

Where do purchased license customers of Microsoft actually get customer service, technical and sofware activation, that does not deny the utility and usability of their Microsoft softward products?

Office Professional Plus 2016 is one of volume licensed Office versions, it usually uses MAK key or KMS (Connecting to the KMS host in one organization) to activate Office.
Did you use a MAK key to activate this Office beofre?

According to the article "Error code 0xC004C060 when activating Office“, this error code means the product key is no longer valid.
For the personal Microsoft license issue, we suggest users chat with Microsoft online to seek help.
It's also best to contact the person who selled your computer or the person who selled this Office licnese to have a confirm.
