This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

If you have an unrecognized charge on your credit card from Microsoft, it's important to investigate the matter further. Since this forum does not have access to your account details, I recommend following these steps:

    1. Review Your Payment History: Check your Microsoft account for any subscriptions or services that may have resulted in the charge. You can do this by signing in to your Microsoft account and reviewing your billing history.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: For clarification and to request a refund, it's best to contact Microsoft directly. You can reach out to customer support through the following steps:
      • Visit the Microsoft Support page.
      • Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
      • Select the product related to your issue.
      • Click on "Get Home support" and describe your issue.
      • Follow the prompts to contact support for billing and payment updates.
    3. Check for Unauthorized Access: If you believe that your account may have been compromised, consider changing your password and reviewing your account security settings.

Taking these steps should help you clarify the charge and initiate a refund if necessary.
