Need to change the Mail flow from "on-prem" to Office365.
Change MX Record from On_prem to O365
because the existing On-Premise Email Gateway already Expired and not scanning.

On-Premise Email Gateway already Expired and not scanning) the smart-host (Symantec Email gateway) subscription has been expired therefore it stopped the inbound scanning.
domain is hosted locally (on-prem), (exchange also hosted on-prem but we migrated to hybrid-exchange since last 1 year)
it was working properly until we had valid subscription.
we need to change the MX Pointer from ON-Prem to On-Cloud so that all inbound email directly land on Microsoft O365 tenant and scan.
I would like to verify the “SFP,DKIM” configuration because we recently Disabled the “Central Mail Flow” where all email now going out directly from Exchange-Online.
You just need to switch MX from Exchange on-premises to Exchange online. About the SPF record, you could have a look about this article.
