Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

The only way to recover a hacked Microsoft/Minecraft account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

I'm sorry to hear that your account has been compromised. To recover your Microsoft account after it has been hacked, you should follow these steps:

    1. Use the Official Recovery Guide: Start by following the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide for recovering a hacked account. You can find it here.
    2. Account Recovery Form: If the standard recovery form is not working, and you are receiving messages that your information is insufficient, ensure that you are providing as much accurate information as possible. This may include old passwords, purchase information, and any other details related to your account.
    3. Contact Minecraft Support: Since your account is linked to Minecraft, you might want to reach out to Minecraft Support for assistance. They may have alternative options for verifying your ownership of the game and helping you regain access.
      • You can contact them through their support page here.
    4. Be Persistent: Account recovery can sometimes take multiple attempts, so don't hesitate to try again if your first submission doesn't work.
    5. Security Measures: Once you regain access, consider updating your security information and enabling two-factor authentication to prevent future issues.

I hope this helps you recover your account and get back to playing Minecraft soon!
